Meditation is not about the result. It is about the intention and attitude of mind. Get these right and the result will take care of itself.

Another very thought provoking message from the Headspace app that I use for daily meditation. I’m still working hard to get my intention and attitude of mind right. Sometimes it does feel like I am going through the motions.
