There is almost a contradiction here. How can adversity bring rejoicing?
It is when we take a step back and look objectively that the truth shines through. We tend to learn from and remember the times that challenge us.
When we are tested we are called on to engage. To think more deeply.
Those that realise this learn to relish these moments of improvement.
So we come to rejoice. That we have been sent, or have chosen to take on, these challenges that help us grow.
Through adversity and challenge we strain to reach the stars.
